Learning Beyond the Classroom

Rest and recreation are as essential to a student as study — if rice is food for the body, recreation is food for the mind. With that in mind, Genius Cadet School offers a wide range of co-curricular activities.
Regular cultural programmes are held, where students display and develop their talents in drawing, recitation, public speaking, music, dance and drama — guided by teachers skilled in each field.
For physical and mental freshness there are indoor and outdoor games including badminton, cricket, carrom, chess and ludo, along with a multimedia projector and digital sound system. Class parties, quiz competitions and study tours round out the calendar.
And we don't only organise — we encourage. High achievers are awarded in term examinations as well as annual ones, and winners of competitions held around occasions such as International Mother Language Day, Independence Day and Victory Day are honoured. Even our teachers are recognised and inspired with awards for their accomplishments.
